I’ve gotta sit my Trinity College entrance music exam tomorrow morning and my teacher really didnt do any dictation with me. So i was looking for stuff on youtube and this is all i could find for rythmic or melodic dictation. This actually helped even if its only a small amount of practice. I’m 22 by the way. hahahahaha. Cheers for the video and I’m crossing my fingers for tomorrow.

Well I got into Trinity College and my lectures start on Monday. I’ve never done music formally before, so unlike yourself this will all be a very new experience to me!!!

What a treasure I have found! I’ve just started melodic dictation with my elementary students but wasn’t sure if the youngest grade levels would get it. Now I think they can!! Thank you soooo much for posting this!
